In 2018, I boarded a one-way flight to Mexico in pursuit of doing what I truly loved. Throughout my life, nothing has brought me more joy than building new things and curating special experiences for my family and friends. After transforming a private home in the middle of the Mexican desert into one of Travel + Leisure’s Best New Hotels in the World, we continued to expand our offerings to more countries and cultures. Whether guests enjoy one of our own escapes with friends, indulge in a partner villa with family, or celebrate a milestone with our local event teams, every experience we offer provides cherished moments for years to come.

Eric Meyer is the Founder & CEO of Mclean Meyer and a Guest Lecturer at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Prior to the travel industry, Meyer held growth and marketing leadership roles at venture-backed companies Haystack, Groupon, WeWork, and Bungalow. He was named Maryland's 2014 Innovator of the Year and graduated from the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) in 2006 and Magna Cum Laude Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Rochester in 2012. He has been a featured contributor to USA Today, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, and CNN.
